Job Summary:
The Floral Designer will be responsible for envisioning, creating, and maintaining floral designs and decorative installations for company events, showrooms, and seasonal displays. This role combines artistic design with logistical planning, requiring someone who is both creative and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, arrange, and install floral compositions for events, showroom displays, and special occasions.
- Collaborate on marketing efforts, visual design, and operations teams to bring brand-aligned concepts to life.
- Source, prepare, and maintain fresh and artificial floral materials.
- Travel domestically to company showrooms and event sites for on-site setup and design.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and sustainability in all floral arrangements.
- Assist with general event styling, prop placement, and seasonal décor as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a floral designer or event stylist (3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of floral varieties, color theory, and design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to travel domestically for event preparation and installation.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move materials, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with luxury floral design, large-scale installations, or corporate events.
- Familiarity with floral preservation techniques and sustainable design practices.
- Visual merchandising or interior styling experience.
