Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented, experienced hairstylist/colorist for our on-site hair salon, specifically reserved for our employees.  This is a full-time, regular position offering a full spectrum of benefits.  Work days/hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm but must be flexible with schedule to accommodate company owners’ occasional styling needs for special events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide exceptional hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications:

• Valid cosmetology license
• Proven experience as a hairstylist/colorist
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to provide manicures/pedicures a plus.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate (based on experience) plus commissions on services provided and beauty products sold.

Job Summary:

This position’s primary responsibilities include interacting with customers in response to inquiries about products and service, works directly with Imports and Purchasing departments to address and resolve product issues, researches and analyzes product issues to present a viable solution with management approval, and runs error reports for sales and warehouse personnel.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and service.
• Works with customers to resolve issues including, but not limited to:
  • Damaged or defective product, shorted, over shipped or wrong product shipped
  • Tracking UPS/FedEx/truckline shipments
  • Issuing FedEx Package Return Program labels, call tags and self-addressed envelopes
  • Mislabeled boxes
  • Missed shipper deliveries
  • Freight cost issues
  • Issuing credits
  • International customer issues.
• Assigns daily, weekly, and monthly errors to sales and warehouse personnel.
• Corrects customer address changes from carriers.
• Works with Imports and Purchasing departments to address and resolve product issues.
• Runs customer service reports as needed.
• Answer sales calls and enter sales orders as needed.

Education/Experience: 

• Associates’ degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Job Summary:

The Floral Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and maintaining floral designs and decorative installations for company events, showrooms, and seasonal displays. This role combines artistic design with logistical planning, requiring someone who is both creative and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Design, arrange, and install floral compositions for events, showroom displays, and special occasions.
• Collaborate with the marketing, visual design, and operations teams to bring brand-aligned concepts to life.
• Source, prepare, and maintain fresh and artificial floral materials.
•  Travel domestically to company showrooms and event sites for on-site setup and design.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and sustainability in all floral arrangements.
•  Assist with general event styling, prop placement, and seasonal décor as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a floral designer or event stylist (3+ years preferred).
•  Strong understanding of floral varieties, color theory, and design principles.
•  Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to travel domestically for event preparation and installation.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
•  Physical ability to lift and move materials, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with luxury floral design, large-scale installations, or corporate events.
• Familiarity with floral preservation techniques and sustainable design practices.
• Visual merchandising or interior styling experience.

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring warehouse pickers/packers to add to our growing warehouse team.

Using voice picking technology, you will pick and pack customer product in the company warehouse. Must be detail-oriented, possess a high level of energy and sense of urgency, and abilitity to maintain a focused walking pace throughout the shift.

Essential Job Functions:

• Accurately and systematically picks and packs customer product in the company warehouse.
• Must be able to meet minimum production requirement of 90/hour (calculation of orders/lines/and line items) every month
• Must be accurate with no more than a monthly average error rate of .15% or below.
• Processes boxes to be shipped to customers.

Education and Experience:

Preferred Education: High school diploma or GED. At least one year's experience in warehouse packing is a plus.

Job Summary:

The Receiving department is responsible for moving merchandise through the supply chain by utilizing forklifts, man-up order pickers, conveyors, and mobile computers. 

Essential Job Functions:

Operators will:

• Unload inbound product,
• Stock merchandise, and
• Pick product to distribute to fulfillment areas.

Experience/Education:

• Experience with these tools and operations preferred but not a requirement.
• High school or GED required
