Job Summary:
The Floral Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and maintaining floral designs and decorative installations for company events, showrooms, and seasonal displays. This role combines artistic design with logistical planning, requiring someone who is both creative and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, arrange, and install floral compositions for events, showroom displays, and special occasions.
- Collaborate with the marketing, visual design, and operations teams to bring brand-aligned concepts to life.
- Source, prepare, and maintain fresh and artificial floral materials.
- Travel domestically to company showrooms and event sites for on-site setup and design.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and sustainability in all floral arrangements.
- Assist with general event styling, prop placement, and seasonal décor as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a floral designer or event stylist (3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of floral varieties, color theory, and design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to travel domestically for event preparation and installation.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move materials, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with luxury floral design, large-scale installations, or corporate events.
- Familiarity with floral preservation techniques and sustainable design practices.
- Visual merchandising or interior styling experience.
Job summary:
This position’s primary responsibilities include interacting with customers in response to inquiries about products and service, works directly with Imports and Purchasing departments to address and resolve product issues, researches and analyzes product issues to present a viable solution with management approval, and runs error reports for sales and warehouse personnel.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and service.
- Works with customers to resolve issues including, but not limited to:
- Damaged or defective product, shorted, over shipped or wrong product shipped
- Tracking UPS/FedEx/truckline shipments
- Issuing FedEx Package Return Program labels, call tags and self-addressed envelopes
- Mislabeled boxes
- Missed shipper deliveries
- Freight cost issues
- Issuing credits
- International customer issues.
- Assigns daily, weekly, and monthly errors to sales and warehouse personnel.
- Corrects customer address changes from carriers.
- Works with Imports and Purchasing departments to address and resolve product issues.
- Runs customer service reports as needed.
- Answer sales calls and enter sales orders as needed.
Education and Experience:
Education: Associates’ degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
Job Summary: The Accounting Clerk is responsible for processing customer orders and invoices with accuracy and efficiency. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth operations by ensuring timely issue resolution to avoid delays in shipping and receipt of payments.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer order and billing issues quickly and effectively.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Provide assistance and backup support to other team members in the Accounting Department.
- Collaborate with other departments on accounting-related matters.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee, departmental, and company information.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to the Accounting Manager for improving productivity, performance, and cost efficiency.
Functional Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with desktop, laptop, or tablet computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Education and Experience:
- Required Education: Associate degree in accounting or a related field.
- Preferred Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an accounting role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
